What do we do on a daily basis?
zenloop is a dynamic, remote-first company at the forefront of customer experience management. We’re all about transforming customer feedback into actionable insights! Our platform (check it out here) helps clients across industries not only gather feedback but also take meaningful action on it, driving real change and boosting customer loyalty. Some of the well-known brands we work with include Douglas, Thalia, Flaconi, and Birkenstock.
Our target market includes companies that handle large volumes of customer transactions, such as e-commerce businesses and utilities. It does not have to be transactions, we support support any organization with high levels of customer interactions (for instance customer service cases), making our platform relevant to virtually any company looking to enhance its customer experience.
Right now, we’re focused on Zenloop 2.0, with AI taking center stage to make our platform even smarter and more impactful. In short: zenloop helps to create easy AI-powered customer surveys for satisfaction measurement, NPS and beyond. Our CXM platform delivers actionable insights towards customers and therefore improves the customer experience, maximizes CLV and increases ROI of CX Operations.
The software can be seamlessly integrated into solutions such as Salesforce, Spryker, Emarsys Zendesk, Slack or Shopify or used as an addition to the existing tech stack.
Oh, and by the way… in June 2024 we won the K5 Commerce Award for Customer Experience — just saying 😉.

In April 2023, saas.group acquired zenloop, making us part of their larger portfolio of companies. You can read more about the acquisition here.
What does this mean for us though?
This acquisition allows us to focus even more on strategy and innovation, with the backing of a larger organization. saas.group now takes care of many day-to-day operations, freeing us up to drive growth and continue pushing boundaries in customer experience.
