saas.group announces acquisition of Crosstalent

PARIS, FRANCE, Wednesday, November 30th, 2022. saas.group announces the acquisition of Crosstalent, a leading French Independent Software Vendor (“ISV”) specializing in human resources management software. Founded in 2013 by Brice Mallié and two other co-founders, Crosstalent was backed by SV Stars Venture Capital and Apicap. Crosstalent was built using the innovative Salesforce technology platform, which provides enterprise-grade security and hosting.

Crosstalent’s product enables companies and HR consulting firms to manage their workforce and recruitment of new talent. The solution is highly modular, covering the entire HR lifecycle, including People Management, Recruitment, Expenses, Talent Management, Time & Attendance and Learning & Development. 

Since its inception, Crosstalent has helped major French enterprises to digitize their HR practices, including Groupe La Poste, Engie, Crédit Agricole T&S, Manpower Group and many others.
