saas.group announces acquisition of Zenloop

BERLIN, GERMANY, Monday April 3rd, 2023. saas.group announces the acquisition of zenloop, the leading customer experience management (“CXM”) platform for mid-sized and large enterprises in the DACH region and beyond. Founded in 2016 by Paul Schwarzenholz, Björn Kolbmüller and Lukasz Lazewski, zenloop has raised institutional funding from Nauta Capital, Signals Venture and Piton Capital. zenloop’s platform enables enterprises to turn customers into loyal fans by collecting and analyzing customer feedback to trigger tailored measures for an enhanced customer experience.

Since its inception, zenloop has helped major enterprises to create best-in-class customer experiences, including Douglas, EnBW, Trade Republic, Birkenstock and many others.

zenloop’s team will be led by Felix Schlenther (CEO). Björn Kolbmüller (former co-founder) will act as a special advisor. zenloop joins Crosstalent and PipelineCRM in our enterprise software portfolio at saas.group and we’re looking forward to these brands working closely together.
