HELSINKI, FINLAND. June 21st, 2023. saas.group announces the acquisition of AddSearch, the leading provider of hosted website search solutions. AddSearch offers a solution which helps customers improve website conversion rate, customer experience, and customer support. The AddSearch platform seamlessly integrates with various content management system providers, including WordPress, Shopify, Magento and Wix.

Founded in 2013 by Antti Ala-Ilkka, Mikko Nurminen and Pasi Ilola, AddSearch has raised funding from Visionplus and other investors. Notable customers include Carnival, ThyssenKrupp, ABB, Telia, Dun & Bradstreet, European Central Bank, Lysol and Generali.

We are delighted to welcome Helena Rebane as the leader of AddSearch, where she will maintain a keen focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and nurturing the AddSearch team. Antti Ala-Ilkka will also continue to provide valuable support during the transition phase.

The acquisition of AddSearch marks saas.group’s 15th successful acquisition and its inaugural entry into the Nordics.
